Any CenturyLink Retail store will be able to offer the full range of products available to your service address which may include CenturyLink High Speed up to 1 Gig, Prism® TV, DIRECTV®, SmartHome Automation, Digital Home Phone, Verizon Wireless®, and Small Business Solutions to fit your needs. Our Authorized Agents and Best Buy® locations offer most of our major products.
- Do I need to make an appointment?
No, drop in at any time during regular business hours and we are happy to help you!
- What does a CenturyLink Retail store offer that I can't get on the website or over the phone?
CenturyLink Retail locations allow our customers to experience our products and services with a hands-on approach. Hold the remote, play with the menus, test out our internet speeds and visit with a consultant face-to-face.
- What are the different locations listed in my zip code?
In addition to our corporate stores, CenturyLink has partnered with a variety of partners to bring our products to you where you want to shop. Our Authorized Agent locations as well as Best Buy stores that we partner with are included in the list.
- Can I purchase equipment at all locations?
CenturyLink Retail stores and Best Buy stores vary in their ability to offer new equipment so please call the store in advance to verify availability. Authorized Agent locations do not allow purchase of any equipment.
- Can I make cash or check payments at any location?
Some CenturyLink Store locations accept cash/check payments. Please call in advance to verify availability. All CenturyLink Store locations accept credit/debit card payments. Our partner stores (Authorized Agents and Best Buy) do not accept payments on our behalf. We also have a full list of authorized payment locations in convenient locations near you.
